Prototype · roadmap visualization concept

One roadmap.
A view for every audience.

Your boss wants outcomes and a traffic light. Your stakeholders want dates and dependencies. Your team wants to know what's theirs this week. Vizroad keeps one source of truth and shows each of them the view they need, so nobody maintains three slide decks that drift apart.

  • Exec
  • Manager
  • Team
  • Public

Interactive demo

Same data, four lenses

Switch views below. Click any item to change its status, confidence, owner or end date, then switch views: the change shows up everywhere, because there's only one roadmap underneath.

Example data. "Lumen Notes" is a made-up app team; every item, person and date here is fictional.
Demo "today":

The views

Each audience gets the altitude it needs

Exec / boss

Themes and outcomes by quarter, a rolled-up health signal and the few milestones that matter. No ticket numbers.

"Are we going to hit what we promised, and where should I worry?"

Manager / stakeholder

A timeline with owners, dates, dependencies and risk notes. Dependency clashes get flagged automatically.

"What's blocking what, and when does my piece land?"

Team member

A personal Now / Next / Later board, filterable by person, with the context behind each item.

"What's mine right now, and what's coming after it?"

Customer / public

Themes and plain-language items only. No dates, owners or internal status, just direction.

"Where is this product heading?"

How it works

Model it once, publish it many ways

  1. 1

    One roadmap model

Every initiative carries its theme, outcome, owner, dates, dependencies, status and confidence in one place.

  2. 2

    Views are lenses, not copies

Each view is a rule for what to show and how to roll it up: exec health is the worst status in a theme, team columns come from dates, public items are opt-in.

  3. 3

    Change once, update everywhere

Update a status or a date and every view reflects it immediately. No re-exporting, no stale screenshots in last month's deck.

  4. 4

    Share the right link

The planned product would give each audience its own link, with internal detail hidden from the public view. (This prototype runs entirely in your browser.)

Vizroad is an early concept. The demo above is a working prototype of the idea, not a finished product: there are no accounts, integrations or pricing yet.
